Hire the Lodge for your private event!

Includes exclusive hire for the number of guests you're hoping to invite. October dates are still available.

 - Exclusive Lodge hire is £495. This hire fee is also used as a deposit to secure the booking of the lodge. Please note all deposits are non refundable/transferable.  

- Day time hire is available at a cost of £295 from the hours of 12-4:30pm. 

- We offer an informal buffet of wood fired pizza, pasta and risotto, at a set price of £25pp. 

- The Lodge can hold a maximum of 70 guests, the minimum requirement for exclusivity is 50. 

- Arrival time can be as early as 5.30/6pm. Last orders are 11pm due to the licence we hold outside. 

- You are welcome to decorate the Lodge as you require, we don't allow confetti however. 

- We can offer welcome drinks on arrival for you and your guests and we also offer celebration cakes, made by our pastry chef. Please note we do not allow any food to be brought in by our customers. 

- If live music is something you would be interested in, we can also help with that too and advise the acts we use here at the Pear Tree.
